- If base category is not available in private ferry then the next categories charges will be extra.
- The cost does not include any kind of surcharge if applicable during the given travel period
- Once generated, cellular jail light and sound show e-tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of any show cancellations.
- Guests are required to pay 50% of the total package amount in advance to confirm your booking.
- For Budget and Premium Category
- Before 20 days prior to arrival 100% of the total package amount will be refunded.
- Before 10 to 20 days prior to arrival 75% of the total package amount will be refunded.
- Before 10 to 2 days prior to arrival 50% of the total package amount will be refunded.
- Less than 2 days prior to arrival no refund will be provided.
- For Luxury Category
- Before 30 days prior to arrival 100% of the total package amount will be refunded.
- Before 30 to 20 days prior to arrival 75% of the total package amount will be refunded.
- Before 20 to 10 days prior to arrival 50% of the total package amount will be refunded.
- Before 10 to 20 days prior to arrival 25% of the total package amount will be refunded.
- Less than 2 days prior to arrival no refund will be provided.
